My work has taken me across healthcare planning, design, construction, capital delivery, real estate, and education. Different projects, teams, and challenges, but always the same fascination with how ideas become places. I’ve spent years leading complex built-environment projects and teaching design. That combination shaped how I think: understand the technical work, understand the people doing it, and never stop asking better questions.
Saetelles brings those worlds together. It’s where I share what experience has taught me, explore what’s changing, and keep learning alongside the people who plan, design, build, develop, and use the places around us.

Saetelles was created to make the knowledge behind planning, designing, developing and delivering places more accessible, practical and interesting.
We explore the decisions, people, systems and ideas shaping the built environment, and translate what we learn into something you can use.
The built environment has always been about the people behind the places. Architects, engineers, designers, builders, owners, clinicians, and everyone required to turn an idea into something real.
Saetelles connects my name to the work I’ve spent my career doing: bringing people, ideas and decisions together to create places, and now, a place where we can learn from all of it.
Saetelles is a place to stay curious, ask better questions, and keep learning about the people, decisions
and ideas shaping the built enviornment.
Good conversations are where some of the best ideas begin.
I’d love to hear from you.
